I am an Associate Economist at the RAND Corporation and a Regulatory Policy Fellow at the Archbridge Institute. Previously, I held postdoctoral and research positions at the University of Chicago, the Knee Regulatory Research Center, and the Mercatus Center.
My research examines the effects of labor and healthcare regulations, the political economy of public policy, and the causes of discrimination across a range of contexts. I primarily employ price theory, field experiments, and causal inference methods to address policy-relevant questions. My work has been published in journals including the Journal of Law & Economics, the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, Public Choice, and the Southern Economic Journal.
